About

As a mechanical engineering student, I am interested in a variety kinds of machines. Aircraf, one of the most advance and delicate machine, appeal to me very much. When I see an airplane fly over my head, I will always look upwards, trying to look at it closer until it disappear in the distance. When I travel by plane, I will always spend some time looking at the structure, the design and the giant engines of the aircrafts. I am also interested in the piolots and aircraft engineers's work. Even though I can't become a professional pilot due to my physical conditions, becoming an engineer  whose work is closely related airplane is still my dream. 

 

When I was young, I was afaid of taking plane because I often heard news about plane crash. My father told me that airplane was the safest way to travel in this world at present. I didn't believe it until the first time I took an aircraft. I was impressed by the hugh size of the engines, the size of the wings and the procedure carfully carried out during the filigh(e.g. the flight attendant inform the pilot to prepare for take off). From then on, I began to love traveling by air. Besides, I also found the programme Air crash ivestigation qutie interesting. It analyse the cause of some of the greatest aircarft disaster in the  aviation history. I was impreseed by the importance of all the componet working together in harmony which is in deed the beauty of the aircraft.

 

Nowadays, the problem of energy has becoming more and more obvious. Aircraft, which consume the fuel at a significant rate during its operation, is in need of a improvement to reduce the negative impact it has on the environment and natural resource. As a result, the aviation industry is a active field where many engineers and creative ideas is needed, and that is another reason why I am interested in aviation.
